Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No you can choose to check out as a guest, but we would recommend creating an account so that you can stay up to date with the latest products and promotions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges are calculated depending on the weight and destination of the order. The total will be displayed on the checkout page before you submit payment. 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the UK, Australia, USA, Japan, India, Canada, Estonia and most of Europe. Some location orders are subject to weight limits. If we do not advertise shipping to your destination please contact us at madeinsuffolkshop@ipswich.gov.uk.

Do you offer free delivery?

We currently have a UK promotion for free delivery on all orders over £40.

Why was my order cancelled?

We approve each order before posting, if there is something wrong with the order we may have to cancel it, we will contact you if this happens.

What is your Christmas delivery cut off date?

If your delivery address is within the UK we recommend placing your order before Friday 11th December.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK we recommend placing your order before Monday 30th November.

We will endeavor to deliver your order before Christmas, but can not guarantee this.
